    You can now reserve for High Holiday services at Chabad. Due to COVID, there are changes in the services and the reservation process.

    1. Attendance is only by reservation.
    2. This year there is no required payment for reservations. Please consider making a donation to Chabad when reserving. In addition to our regular High Holidays expenses, there are a number of added expenses due to COVID.
    3. There will be both indoor and outdoor services. Choose one.
    4. Indicate the time that you intend to spend at services. 
    5. All services are limited to 50 attendees each. We will accommodate all reservations by having multiple services.
    6. All areas will be sanitized between services.
    7. The starting times of the services will be determined by the amount of reservations and the number of services needed to accommodate. You will be notified as to when your service will be.

  • Rules of Attendance

    1. All attendees are required to wear masks for the duration of services.
    2. Seats will be arranged so that everyone is seated at least six feet from each other. Please only sit in the designated places.
    3. If you suspect that you have been ill with COVID-19 or have recently been in contact with someone who has, you are not permitted to attend services.
    4. Do not attend against the advice of your physician, if you are immuno-compromised, in any risk group, or if you have any symptoms of sickness.
    5. If within 10 days of attending services you experience any COVID symptoms, you will immediately notify us.
    6. These rules may be modified if the COVID situation and/or the local health regulations change.

  • Indoors or Outdoors Services
    Choose One

    There will be two services. Both will be socially distanced.
    1. Indoors in the Synagogue; climate controlled etc.  Effective Wed. Sept. 2, indoor reservations are closed.
    2. Outdoors in an open tent; covered, no sides. You can also choose to stand outside of the tent area.

  • Length of Services

    There are 3 primary parts to the morning service. In order they are:
    1. Shacharit, morning prayer ; approx. 75 minutes
    2. Torah Reading, Sermon & Shofar/Yizkor ; approx. 60 minutes
    3. Musaf, 2nd prayer service ; approx. 75 minutes

    Evening Services are approximately 1 hour.  

  • Donations

    Reservations are usually priced at $150 adult, $50 child. This year we have suspended the usual payment requirement for reservations. We encourage you to help us cover the regular and increased costs of High Holiday services in addition to helping support Chabad in all of its communal activities.
